What’s your signature dish?
I have many dishes I love to create but one of my favourite dishes to make would be a prime rib roast or an amazing smoke brisket.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Creating the perfect dish can make all the difference for any client so asking the proper questions and executing on that is beyond crucial.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the creative aspect of making a perfect dish, along side making any client or guest happy serving them a dish that makes there special day that much more amazing!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business after I worked along side another personal chef in Ottawa, and knowing that I had the skills necessary to make that happen and move out of the restaurant industry and more in to personal dinners.

My clients are the most important thing to me, any client I work with will get nothing but the best in all regards, from service to freshest and high quality ingredients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I’ve made sure to be up to date on my vaccinations and will wear masks when necessary and have my food safety certificate.
