Unbelievable disappointment. We haven't eaten at Indian Street Food is quite some time. We wanted to treat ourselves to a nice meal. What's shocking waste of our hard earned money. I order the Samosa & Pakora platter, the Butter chicken, garlic naan & rice. The Samosa & Pakora were dried out & overcooked. The spices were not well blended and overwhelmed the taste. The naan bread was heavy and not light & airy. The butter chicken did not have the sophisticated spice blend which I've come to expect. The rice was fine. I have not eaten such a poorly cooked meal, in years. Very disappointed. The standards of Indian Street Food declined dramatically. Instead I highly recommend Lageez Authentic Indian Cuisine. Family owned & prepared. Truly superb. More...

The naan tastes like plain dough. The daal makhani is basic: lentils in butter chicken sauce. Terrible - will not recommend.

fresh ingredients, well made and very delicious. The service is excellent. I found the pakoras a bit heavy, but everything else i ate was great. I'd especially recommend the mountain goat masala and the mango prawn curry, but really everything is good. More...

Started with deep fried eggplant fries. Â Will never look at eggplant the same way. Â Superb, light and crispy and packed with flavor. Â Good size for sharing. Â They gave us the recipe claiming the fries are "easy to make" but far better to just come back Indian Street Food. The Kerala style banana leaf wrapped fish was better than anything I ate in Kerala...apparently the chef is from there so perhaps that makes some sense. Â The kale palek paneer was delicious and a nice twist on a classic dish. Garlic naan and coconut rice rounded out our meal and were perfectly prepared. Â Despite the name this is a more upscale restaurant from a price point of view but well worth it. Â While we ate outside the interior is tastefully decorated and with tables appropriately spaced. Â Oh and the Rebellion whisky, brandy , ghee cocktail was outrageous. Â The great service and fantastic food and drink made for a memorable meal. Â Plan on trying one of their tasting menus on our next visit. More...
