We started with some fascia board that were rotted, and knew our tile roof with hidden gutters was in need of work.We contacted In Awe and worked with them over a few months to:
1) Fix all of the hidden gutters and all of the necessary tile work
2) Replace all of the fascia boards - separate from roof work but in the end over 75% of them were rotted
3) Replace all of the metal flashing that was old and in need of updating - this was done after our home was painted.Rick and In Awe Roofings work was done as a part of an almost $50,000 upgrade to the exterior of our home including new paint, new accent limestone and entirely new lighting. We recently had our home painted and some work was done to replace some fascia board that had rot, and we were told to have the roof checked because of the water run off causing the fascia to be rotted! We received a recommendation to call in Awe Roofing, Rick came right away, went on the roof took a bunch of pictures came down to show me and tell us all the problems! I thought I needed to replace my roof , but when they did an estimate they told me I just needed a repair that would get me another 4 to 5 years out of the existing roof that was aged. I retained the services of In Awe Roofing for an addition project. They removed and disposed of the existing roof and plywood sheeting, installed all new plywood sheeting and re-shingled the entire house. The In Awe crew worked closely with my carpenter and crew to ensure the project proceeded smoothly. They showed up on time and worked diligently until the project was completed. My 30 year old home suffered from gutter issues. The original work was poorly done and resulted in rotting cedar fascia and termites. Without any hesitation, we would highly recommend In-Awe for re-roofing or service call. We received a quote for a re-roof from Rick in June 2017, however subsequently requested the job be pushed to June 2018. Despite a an increase in the cost of the materials, Rick kept to the quote and provided a very competitive price which included the manufacturer's warranty in addition to his own. He took time to meet with us on more than once occasion to answer all our questions and ensure we felt comfortable before we committed. The work crew were pleasant, hard working and despite the debris that results from replacing a cedar shake roof, keep our property clean on a daily basis. After the work was completed (on time), Rick dealt with any deficiencies we brought to his attention, which were minor, promptly and without hesitation. I'm very confident in the integrity of our new roof and after 25 years, it has refreshed the look of our home. This roofing company deserves every positive review and accolade it receives.
After watching In Awe Roofing install a roof on a nearby home, we decided to give them a call. Rick is a man of his word; he gave us a quote, gave us a time frame, explained the installation process and once we had decided to hire IAR, things were done exactly as described. The installers were polite, softly-spoken and steady workers; they kept our yard free of debris, paid attention to the smallest detail and gave us excellent results. The roof and new fascia boards look great.
We are very happy with our new roof and can’t say enough good things about Rick and the two men who did the installation – during one of the hottest weeks of the year.

In June of last year I phoned In Awe Roofing, Rick the owner came out and checked the roof. It was in bad need of replacement. The photos showed holes and wear. Two weeks later his crew showed up and in four working days the new roof was installed. The crew worked quietly and safely and everything was cleaned up. I really appreciated Rick's honest, down to earth approach to leaky roofs. The roof began leaking into the kitchen from the new stove vent (kitchen renovated). Rick found the problem(s), re-caulked everything: the stacks, furnace vent, chimney vents, stove vent, and to call if the roof leaked again, and at no charge. If the roof leaks he'll replace the vents otherwise I don't need to replace them until I need a new roof. What a relief! More...

We purchased a 30 year old home with an original roof so it was reaching the end of its lifespan. Our insurance company obviously agreed and requested that we have it replaced by a certain date to continue with our existing policy. We obtained estimates from four different roofing companies and it was an easy choice to go with In Awe Roofing. There were many things that made them stand out including the fact that they were an established, family owned company, they had numerous positive reviews, a really nice website (don't ask why that's important to me, but it is!! I like to be able to collect as much data/details as I can when making such commitments), they were very cognizant of our timeline (we received a quote within a couple of days as opposed to a week or two with the other owners), their rates were competitive and most important of all was that Rick made it clear from the get-go that he really wanted/valued our business and would work with us to ensure he secured the job. He was personable and accommodating and even when faced with some of the worst weather in recent memory and a shortage of available workers, the guys he employed were so efficient and got the job done (and done well) by the deadline we needed. The old roof was totally removed. Because of the age of the home old wood had to be removed and replaced on the addition that had been built on. The 2 skylights were repaired with new boxes being added. Vents and stack were installed. A new torch-on roof was installed. New flashings were added all around.
Everything that was removed was taken away and the yard was cleaned of all debris.
Very important to us was that Rick came to do the initial estimate on time and he showed up for the job on the day he said he would be there We were very satisfied with In Awe Roofing and would recommend them to anybody. We just had our house roofed by In Awe Roofing. We called three different companies to come out to give us an estimate, as it was raining that day, one of the companies didn’t even show up or call us. The first estimator that came out was doing his best selling pitch, and made it awkward when he tried to make us sign up on the first consultation. One hour later Rick came out on time, my wife and I spent about 45 minutes just talking to him, he brought out samples with him, he showed us the different materials. He explained the entire roofing process, what to expect from him and his crews, he also told us that he would do a quality control check everyday. To make a long story short, Rick didn’t try and make a sale, he was very informative, and made us feel very comfortable with choosing In Awe Roofing. Not only was his crew kind and on time, but Rick showed up everyday, and went up on the roof and did his daily inspection. I can not thank Rick with in awe roofing enough. I could not find anyone that was willing to take on my roof repair.
All I kept hearing from the almost 20 companies I tried was "the job is too small for us".
I had a few come out to do quotes and they never got back to me with a quote. When I called to follow up about the quote, "the job is too small and they were dealing with big developments or full roofs only". I really don't understand the logic of " the job is too small" whom do you think will be getting my business when I need my full roof done? the one willing to take the small job.
Rick took the job without hesitation and I believed him when he said it would get done ASAPRick and his staff squeezed in the job at one of the most miserable, cold times of year.

Rick and his employees provided us with impeccable services.
They were able to come get us a quote in a very timely manner, got us pictures of the area that needed to be repaired, explained in great details what they would be doing.
Rick compared his quote to other quotes we got and explained the differences. He understood that we needed to get that leak repaired to make our roof last until the end of its useful life and not offer us the crazy repair that would last longer than the roof’s lifetime.
Even is this was not a humongous job, Rick shopped around to get us the best price for the little material we required. He even managed to charge us less than what was initially quoted as his repair guy was able to salvage some things he initially thought might be replaced. More...
