What I love most about my job as a business and life coach is the opportunity to help others achieve their goals and live their best lives. I am passionate about empowering people to overcome challenges, unlock their potential, and create the lives they want.
I find great fulfillment in being able to guide and support my clients as they navigate their unique journeys. Whether they are looking to start a business, improve their relationships, or make positive changes in their personal lives, it is incredibly rewarding to see them grow, learn, and succeed.
Another aspect of my job that I love is the opportunity to learn and grow myself. As a coach, I am constantly learning from my clients and staying up to date on the latest trends and developments in the coaching field. This keeps me engaged, motivated, and excited about what I do.

What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business as a business and life coach was a combination of factors. First and foremost, I have always been passionate about personal development and helping others achieve their goals. I have spent many years studying and practicing various coaching techniques and have always felt drawn to this field.
Additionally, I have always been an entrepreneur at heart. I have a strong desire to create and build something of my own, and starting my own business felt like the natural next step in my career. I wanted to be able to offer my services and skills to a wider audience and have the freedom to create my own schedule and work on my own terms.
Finally, I was inspired to start my own business because I saw a need for high-quality coaching services in my community. I felt that there were many people who could benefit from the support and guidance of a coach, and I wanted to be able to provide that for them.
Overall, it was a combination of my passion for coaching, my entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to help others that inspired me to start my own business.

For example, I use video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or Skype to conduct coaching sessions with my clients. This allows us to see and hear each other in real-time, just as if we were in the same room. I have found that online and remote coaching can be just as effective as in-person coaching, and many of my clients prefer this approach because it is more convenient and flexible. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have made several changes to keep my customers safe from Covid-19.
First and foremost, I have transitioned to conducting most of my coaching sessions online or remotely. This eliminates the need for my clients and me to be in close physical proximity, and reduces the risk of transmission.
In addition to moving to remote coaching, I have also implemented several other safety measures. For example, I regularly disinfect and clean any equipment or surfaces that I use during coaching sessions. I also encourage my clients to take necessary precautions such as washing their hands frequently and maintaining a safe distance from others.
I also make sure to stay up-to-date on the latest guidelines and recommendations from public health officials, and incorporate these into my practices and protocols. This includes staying informed about the spread of the virus in my local area, and taking any necessary steps to protect myself and my clients.
