Security Guard Service
Protecting premises and the integrity of a residential building is always our priority—whether a high or low profile security presence is required. IRS provides professional services to protect against theft, vandalism and intruders —including those who get unauthorized access right after the residents. Immediate Response Service works closely with Property Managers and staff to make sure specific security expectations are met and exceeded. Starting with friendly waves from a security gatehouse, to emergency procedures implementation; as security guards represent the management.
Parking Enforcement
We have licensed MLEO officers who provide parking control services to various properties in different industries. We also offer services for visitor parking registration. Tag/Tow/Warning tickets
Spot Check / Mobile Patrol
We offer Spot Check/Mobile Patrol service to help clients with random security checks on their properties to help deter theft, vandalism and any damages to their properties, assets and staff.
Screening Guards
Screening guards are responsible for controlling number of visitors or people allowed in a facility. They also check for vaccine passport or proof of vaccine.
Fire Watch Service
Security guards conduct patrols to ensure there is no fire or safety hazard for individuals on site 24/7.
Concierge Guard/Access Control
Security guard is responsible for logging and giving access to all visitors, contractors, handling customer complaints or concerns and more.
