I love helping people and seeing people do well in life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business in order to build an organization that has a daily commitment to providing high quality and genuine mental health and psychological support to individuals and families.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a Trauma Informed Registered Clinical Counsellor with extensive post Masters training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, cultural safety and psychodynamic therapy. I am also a registered service provider for Victims of Crime B.C.
But most importantly, I have a genuine passion for helping clients. I place a large emphasis on developing a strong and safe therapeutic relationship which allows for exploration, empowerment, self awareness and healing.
