My name is Ariel and I am a certified Hypnotherapist and Holistic Life Coach - lovely to meet you!

My mission is to guide my clients through the power of subconscious reprogramming so they can find their freedom again and access their goals with ease. I have helped clients land their dream jobs, create new pathways in careers, improve relationships, and uplevel health & wellness through my unique style of coaching which incorporates both Hypnotherapy and Holistic Coaching Strategy.

I was first introduced to the power of hypnosis when I was searching for a solution to debilitating performance anxiety. Although I was always very prepared to do my work material inside and out (as I had been professionally performing for more than 15 years), just the thought of getting infront of people had me feeling frozen. A friend suggested hypnosis and although I was skeptical, I figured I didn’t have anything to lose (which, funnily enough, is what many of my clients say to me today)! Through hypnosis, I was able to heal the root of the performance anxiety for good, on a deep level in the subconscious. Following that experience, I not only felt more at ease when getting on stage, for the first time in my life, but I also began to work more and my confidence skyrocketed. I wondered what else was possible through the power of Hypnosis and I got my certification.

I am a graduate of the Grace Method Grace Smith, CHt., a world-renowned Hypnotherapist, for 250+ hours, via a rigorous training certification program, I am accredited by the International Association of Counselors & Therapists, to ensure the highest industry standards. I also continue to learn and train as much as possible, and some of my teachers and mentors include Gabor Mate/Compassionate Inquiry, Melissa Tiers, and Hayhouse author Alan Cohen. In other words, you are in good hands!

I am the creator of the first Hypnotherapy-based mindset development program and Mobile/Desktop App (launching January 2022) called Intentional Actor.
