What can we say....WE are so disappointed with that company, $800. later no results to unclog our washing machine drainage. We were told that nothing could be done and if we wanted to get it fixed we would have to take the cement flooring apart and that would be very expensive....we decided to use a light to see the bottom of that drain and what we saw was rust debris, we used our Vac attaching a smaller hose to the larger hose and it gave it enough power to hold the debris to bring it out of the pipe...BINGO! our drainage is working perfectly.....WE have to wonder WTheck was the issue with your company NOT seeing the issue and have it resolved with the appropriate tools....WE feel like we were scammed out of $800. 😠 More...

I called HYDRO-FLO PLUMBING & HEATING and was told due to the high volume of calls that they would try to accommodate me even though they were previously booked up. Dean and Mike, were polite and respectful when they introduced themselves, even though I was in between meetings with a headset. They were accommodating and professional, and had empathy regarding the lack of communication I was able to provide. After they provided service Dean, Mike took the time to educate me on how to maintain my Air Conditioning unit as well as provide pointers regarding the various furnace filters available. The owner James from Hydroflo came to our house and sat down with us and discussed pro’s and con’s (we were thinking about a heat pump) and provided pricing on a couple of options. We chose a 59TP6100 furnace with a 24ACC6 air conditioner and a Rheem Professional Classic Series hot water heater. Hydroflo provided the best pricing for comparable units. Tyler and his crew were very respectful and even asked if they could play music at a respectful level before turning on the radio. The installation was excellent. When they closed off the combustion air pipe, they sealed the inlet at the wall with expanding foam. They used 3 inch pipe for the furnace combustion and exhaust air and routed the pipes behind the natural gas line by the furnace to minimize the impact on the walkway at the bottom of the stairs. They installed the air conditioner lines flush to the ceiling to also minimize the impact on headroom at the bottom of the stairs. Included in the hot water heater price was the installation of a second anode rod extending the warranty by 5 years. New shutoff valves were installed along with wedges to level the heater. When they installed the new 4 inch chimney liner, they raised up the chimney pipe to minimize the impact on the ceiling. My Rheem Marathon hot water tank had a crack in it. I called in HFPH. They were able to figure out if I had any warranty, I did. They got the replacement HWT and had it installed within a day! After several quotes, I chose Hydro-Flo as the company to put in a new boiler/hot water on demand system in my house. James and Justin were great in answering me questions and emails throughout the process. They were great, but the guys that came in to do the work were fantastic. The guys doing the work were unfailingly courteous and very conscientious of the dogs being in the house and yard as they worked. Neven (sorry if I completely destroyed the spelling) went above and beyond as he fixed a pipe that had nothing to do with their work. I wish I could remember everyone's name to include them in this review, but you all need to know how much I appreciated the work and care you took to keep me in the loop, teach me what needed to be done and how I felt included in the decisions made. Feb 20, 22 Another emergency just last night. Again freezing weather, middle of a long weekend and this company came to my rescue again. Tyler, the furnace technician, was extraordinary in problem-solving a furnace failure in minus 20 weather. He used many resources to identify the problem, making calls to confirm decisions, made a special trip to access a new circuit system, cleaned and installed the new part all with in a few hours. Hydro-Flo serviced the stacks and kitchen sinks in our condominium today. Each unit had the option of getting drains cleaned in bathrooms and tubs. I chose to have bathrooms serviced as well.
