Such fun, energetic, friendly, inclusive & butt kicking work outs happen at HQ! I not only love bootcamp but crave them! Cass always kicks my butt with her workouts & rocks the jams! I wish I could attend everyday! After 3 babies & 3 c-sections in a matter of 4 years I’m starting my journey on the plumpier side but have never been made to feel less than, have always been encouraged & pushed!
