I had Ramone for my personal training sessions. I am more than satisfied with his support and education on fitness and diet in the past 3 months and would happy to continue my training with him to build strength after losing sufficient fat.
I was intimidated by the concept of entering a gym and figuring out what types of exercise to do. However, Ramone does a good job of explaining how the body functions and proper ways to train efficiently.
One of the aspects I did not expect from Ramone is his emphasis on a diet complimentary to the gym sessions. He is also very knowledgeable in diet and would gladly help providing ideas for building a healthier eating habit.
You gain most by asking questions. Ramone answers all of your concerns and ensure you meet whatever goal you set at the start. Would 10/10 recommend!
