I’ve been training with Coach JP for 2 years and he’s transformed my relationship with my body and fitness! I used to force myself to the gym but now it’s a cherished part of my daily routine because I’ve learned to love it while training with Coach JP. The Hook & Cross sessions and programs have been life changing for me! It has been three years since I started training with Coach Jason after a personal loss to elevate my mind-body. I am grateful for his skilled expertise and intuition in untangling my zombie state to one of a warrior. Jason is a motivator and has enabled my physical and mental transformation with the kickboxing and fitness training--he expects all who train under him to train like a PRO and crush any self-doubt. JP is one of the best coaches I've ever had! While working with him I've experienced an increase in strength and speed which helped improved levels in my boxing. Each session is scientifically set to improve on my boxing. I feel as if I can take away something every session. Not only that, but JP is also a wonderful person to work with. Our sessions are effective, but crazy fun too! You’ll walk out of the session not realising how you had such a tough workout but also so much fun.

Yes, online training is available through our custom mobile app and website with programs tailored to you and your available equipment. You follow the program whenever is convenient to you and your trainer checks in with you periodically to discuss your progress and guide you towards success.

Live virtual 1:1 or group training is also available via Zoom, WhatsApp video or Facetime. We also offer access to virtual bootcamps through our gym partner Advantage4Athletes.

All trainers are at least triple vaccinated, routinely tested, and wear masks throughout the session. Each trainer also carries both disinfectant wipes and industrial grade disinfectant spray for regular cleaning of surfaces and equipment. Equipment that cannot be sprayed or wiped is hot washed regularly with detergent that is known to break down coronavirus cells walls and kill the virus. Additionally, our partner gyms have exemplary records of covid safety and robust Covid-19 protection procedures that go above the provincial requirements and comply with regulations of College of Chiropractors of Ontario in clinical situations such as physiotherapy and chiropractic treatments
