I had the pork chop special while my partner had the elusive burnt ends brisket and we were quite impressed by the flavor. I always try pork chop if i ever see it on a resto menu because it is rarely on there compared to steak and i like it a lot. This place has one of the best, the gravy had a great complexity to it and the pork chop was done to perfection, nicely seared on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. This is the place to go if you're a meat eater. My boyfriend and I always get the Jurassic platter for two and we always get the yam fries, creamed corn too when it's available. My favourites out of the platter are the dinosaur ribs and pulled pork. It's a big plate, so we always end up taking the rest home. Great BBQ, friendly staff, let you taste the beer before you buy of your not sure. Corn bread and slaw were great too. Highly recommend if like BBQ.

Soup De Jour: White bean and bacon. The stock was very delicious and flavorful, the bacon was thick cut into small cubes, and the price was great compared to soups in the area. Best beef ribs. Full of flavour and not dry. Pork ribs and chicken are good too but dinobones is my absolute favourite.
