How long have you been in business?
Highrise Service Group has been a proudly Canadian small business since April of 2020.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we bring all eco friendly & biodegradable products needed to clean your home.
What do you love most about your job?
For us, it's about the impact we make to our clients lives. We've heard on multiple occasions about how our clients have been able to spend their newly found free time now that cleaning is taken care of.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been in the cleaning industry since 2016 as both a cleaner and as management. I found that there was a lack of services available specifically for condos & apartments. I decided I would do something about that.
Why should our clients choose you?
Besides the fact that we're awesome cleaners, we’re also friendly and non-judgemental.
We're trained, highly rated and use eco friendly/biodegradable products, We're doing our best to save our beautiful planet one cleaning at a time.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Unfortunately, we have not yet found a way to offer our services remotely or with a curb-side pick-up. Until then, we will still need access to your home in order to clean it.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We're following provincial guidelines closely.
We wear gloves, masks, use hand sanitizer and disinfect your home using our alcohol based disinfectant.
