Heather Neufeld Law

I have been practicing immigration and refugee law since 2009 and provide services in English, French and Spanish. I also teach part-time at the University of Ottawa law school and am active with the Canadian Association of Refugee Lawyers and Canadian Council for Refugees Legal Affairs Committee. I am located in Ottawa but am available for cases nationwide. I represent clients seeking refugee protection, permanent residence in Canada, on appeals and judicial reviews to Federal Court, and on applications to visit or study in Canada as well as other immigration issues.
