Headwaters Racquet Club

Went to the golf simulator with 7 other people rented both bays for around $340 throughout the three hours there was multiple malfunctions on both simulators we asked for a refund and were told we would have to contact a manager on Monday when we did we were falsely accused of smoking in the facility by the manager Caitlyn. She offered us a $100 refund in exchange for the name of the people smoking which wasn’t us throughout emailing her further she stated multiple times things like the only other option is for us to press charges against your group and otherwise to her this issues was considered closed Caitlyn emailed the video which in here eyes proved we were smoking in the building which was a video of someone entering and leaving a bathroom.

Caitlyn has 0 integrity or interest in resolving this issue we still have not got a refund

Me and the 7 other people golfing that night have all agreed we will never go back to headwaters racquet club after this

So much variety from Group Fitness, Rev, the courts and gym!!! Instructors, coaches and staff are the best. Offers child care while you work out! !! There is also a great restaurant, smoothie bar, spa and steam room!! Clean and super welcoming from the minute you walk through the door :) More...

The facilities are very nice and clean and they have all the classes I love. Also the staff is wonderful.
