Just came here for a Brazilian Wax [first timer]. Got in early at around 11:40am, and both the receptionists were very warm and friendly. Everything was already set, and they knew who I already was - and what I was in for. Michelle quickly came in to greet me, and she was so positive and happy to see me, I already knew that she would make my experience wonderful.And she did.Michelle is super easy to talk too, and she made the whole experience of getting my first wax easy, and enjoyable.Michelle answered all my questions in regards to after-care with excellent tips and advice, and I cannot thank her enough for making me feel so comfortable.I would HIGHLY recommend this spa, and MICHELLE for everything. When facials resume, I'd definitely book Michelle for it. When it was time to pay, the receptionist noticed I didn't use a first-timer discount, so she applied it to this one, and because I loved Michelle's service,I tipped Michelle 40%  EXTRA on top of service charge. UPDATE!After posting this review, the owner, Natalie gave me a call to discuss my experience and sincerely apologized for what happened. She offered to have me back 3 days later to compensate which I really appreciated. The new facial I received definitely made up for the previous one; in fact, it may have been the best facial I have ever had! Their dedication to turning a bad experience into an exceptional one is a testament to their commitment to customer service. What was once a 1 star review is now a 5 star one!Honestly the worst "deep cleansing" facial I have ever received. I left with the same amount of clogged pores that I came in with. I could not believe it after I specifically advised the aesthetician that I needed her to focus on extractions and a deep cleanse. I have been to this spa before for facials with a variety of aestheticians, I've even had a facial done by this lady in the past and it was never as carelessly done as this one was. Very very veryyy disappointed and will not be returning which is a shame because the staff there is quite friendly. Too bad it was such a complete waste of money this time around. Received exceptional service from Michelle. Got my brows tinted for the first time and I am thoroughly impressed. The front desk ladies are friendly and the spa looks well maintained. Highly recommend
