Whether you are buying real estate, selling a home or transferring a share of your property to a family member, we can help you.
Wills
We can help you to prepare a Wills that: leaves the remainder of your estate to family members or your spouse; appoints a Trustee to administer your estate; determines a Guardian to care for minor children; sets your funeral wishes; and, sets aside money for charitable interests.
Power of Attorney
We can prepare a Power of Attorney for you that appoints your spouse or a person you trust to make financial and legal decisions for you (related to banking, filing taxes, investing real estate, and insurance). With an Enduring Power of Attorney, your Attorney may act after your incapacity.
Representation Agreement
We can prepare a Representation Agreement that lets you appoint your spouse or a person you trust to make health care and personal care decisions on your behalf.
Notarization
We can notarize provincial, federal and international documents (by Apostille or Legalization). Educational institutions and financial organizations may also require notarizations by a notary public or commissioner of oaths. Our services do not, however, cover the notarization of documents related to family law.
