New hot water tank. When I first contacted Mark by phone I felt I got a good impression of how dealing with him would be. I was right in that his customer service is fantastic . I was kept in the loop on events and when he came he was friendly, polite and professional. A factory problem with the tank was dealt with fast and he sourced a new part, went right away to pick it up and got my tank up and running. The job was well done and left clean. He even followed up in the evening to make sure I was happy. Pricing is also fair so I would not hesitate to recommend Hamilton Air Systems and will certainly keep his contact info for any problems I may have in the future with my A/C or furnace.
