Greg was very helpful and understanding of the issue I was trying to address - a roof that had experienced weather damage and appeared to only need patching up opposed to a full replacement. He listened to my concerns and ideas. In the end Greg suggested some minor repairs/"maintenance" to the trouble spots in order to get me through the winter (or longer), and then re-evaluate later.
