Gurleen Kaur

I had heard of counseling, but not life coaching. So I was a bit clueless about diving into this realm when a friend recommended it to me, as I did not know what to expect. But after my journey in life coaching, I can easily say two things: I am super happy with my decision to give it a shot, and I am so glad that I got introduced to it through Gurleen.

Each session with her led me to discover significant revelations about myself, including my needs and wants which I had consistently brushed aside for a long time. My journey with her not only helped me recognize the importance of prioritizing myself, but it also helped me find and build a better connection with myself. I’m not usually one to write reviews but I wanted to share my experience for those that are skeptical about life coaching.

Before working with Gurleen I didn’t even know what a life coach was or what they did. I can now confidently say that as a result of my session, I would highly encourage it for those that feel stuck in a rut and need to find the light at the end of the tunnel.

Gurleen was insightful and very resourceful. She’s a natural listener and an excellent motivator. I felt very comfortable opening up to Gurleen as she is patient and completely unbiased. So far through my session with Gurleen I find myself much more confident in my approach with my personal affairs.

The best part about life coaching is; with the inspiration of your coach you are able to self identify the areas in which you need to find the motivation and how to find it. I see a positive change in the way I find motivation now and I thank life coaching with Gurleen entirely for that. More...

Working with Gurleen has been life changing! I was struggling with a lack of self discipline, procrastination and was wanting help to overcome some bad habits.
