I have been where you are and have overcame the same struggles you may be facing.

I have chosen this path do to my passion. Before this, I was making a six figure income working in finance and had a great career ahead of me with a very comfortable life. Pursuing this path was challenging but I did it because it's my purpose. Coaching others combines my skills, experiences as well as my passion.

In school I had pursued finance and have my chartered accountant designation. I am a manager of business processes and analysis and come from an entrepreneurial background. I have a passion for business but something was missing.

I have overcome many struggles of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues myself and feel a strong need to help others do the same. If I can do it, so can you! My past struggles led me to dive deep into this area and passionately immerse myself into this world by educating myself. My love for movement brought me to become a yoga instructor until I realized I wanted to become a coach. I became certified through the Jay shetty school for coaches (look me up on his website)!

Since then, I have been coaching clients and have been changing lives!

I will get you results. I focus on action and results and ultimately that's why you should work with me.

I have had coaches and done therapy myself. Some worked for me while others didn't. I was sick of just venting on calls without any accountability therafter. Yes, venting helped to a certain extent but I was looking for more than that. Due to my own experience, I want to ensure my clients are getting results and not just venting. We look into the future to improve and take the necessary steps to get there. Sometimes, this means stepping outside of your comfort zone in a supported manner.
