How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
My approach is customized for each client depending on where they are today and what their goals entail. I can train beginners, intermediate, advanced and sports specific. My style of training is Strength & Conditioning also known as Functional Fitness.
There is no one program fits all approach. Every individual is unique and what works for them may not work for someone else. I work with you to really understand what you want to achieve in terms of fitness.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency, hard work, dedication, learning to LOVE exercise and eating well (it should never be punishment), being accountable to yourself and your coach, be willing to listen and adjust certain ideas that you may have about exercise and nutrition. The "body of your dreams" tends to be a moving goal post and the main thing is to first ensure that every goal you try to reach is done in a healthy and sustainably way.
What do you love most about your job?
I love making a real difference in peoples lives. Seeing them blossom into their full potential and reach goals they may have once looked at as impossible. I look forward to seeing my clients everyday!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting my own business was the best way to serve my clients.

1. I have experience working with clients of different levels including beginners, intermediate, sports specific, etc and have helped them reach their goals and maintain it (testimonials available upon request). I have 10 years of experience with training & fitness.

3. My philosophy to fitness is that it's not only about the aesthetic; it's about what your body can do and what your mind believes it can achieve. I understand this and I take a holistic and sustainable approach focusing on lifestyle changes and accountability with my clients. What's the point of working so hard to reach your goals if you can not maintain it?
4. I care about my clients and I also know there is no such thing as a one plan fits all approach. I help my clients progress no matter where they are now or what their goals are.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Reservations required for each training session. Booked in advance. Facility cleaned daily and equipment is cleaned after every use.
