We like to dine out. Grelhados has received good reviews and my wife and we’re excited to try it. We ordered wine, appetizers and two full course entrees. The medium spiced half chicken and veggies was flavourful and well cooked. However, the seafood pasta my wife ordered tasted like Lipton packaged mix and was really peppery. She ate 1/3 of the dish and pushed it aside. At the end of the meal the waitress asked if there was a problem and we said yes. The standard offer to replace the dish was made but the pepper had soured her appetite. We simply sent the dish back. The waitress was apologetic but when she returned with the bill, they discounted the dish by 20 percent. The waitress added that both she and the kitchen staff felt badly. But not badly enough to compensate us for their hospital food offering pretending to be a restaurant quality dish. We were to say the least disappointed. I would have brought my other foody friends there to try the chicken but you can get tastier cluck at Nando’s and they know how to cultivate long term clients who enjoy decent Portuguese grilled chicken. We will not return and I encourage other curious chicken lovers to give this place a miss. There are other places much more worthy of your hard earned dining dollars. More...

Family owned, lovely decor, fast service, fresh, delicious and creative menu items. Loved the sausage power bowl and cappuccino for lunch.
