Just had the absolute worst experience here. Waited over two hours for our food. Not given cutlery or napkins to eat with, let alone salt or ketchup. Asked our server multiple times for it as well. Got that frustrated went up and got it from the bar ourselves. Food was sub-par. Service was HORRID. I’ve worked as a waitress, have plenty of compassion but the amount of money we paid for a treat out was such a disappointment. Not even a fork or napkin. The entire staff was incredible. I felt safe at all times with full-time security, and the bartenders are the best in St. John’s. Loved the live music!

very costly for burnt chicken fingers, over cooked fries. $17.99 for 4 chicken fingers without fries. I will not be back.

I am not one to complain BUT my meal was probably the worst I have ever been served. I was with 3 friends from Saskatchewan for a walk and lunch downtown. One of my friends wanted to go to Greensleeves so off we went. Three of us ordered chicken tenders! It was horrible. I was served four lil nuggets! I kid you not, not to mention they were over cooked. $13.95 and not even served with fries. I wanted to send them back to the kitchen but one of my friends asked me not to and said we will go get something to eat later elsewhere. So to make him happy I didn’t say a word. We then asked to have a basket of fries to go with them and waited 20 mins for them. Not good enough. I do need to also mention that it was not overly busy so I can’t understand why the 20 min wait. 5 other tables there. I was so embarrassed about this as I am always telling my friends how good the food is downtown. I will never have another meal here. I do have to mention that the service of the waitress was standup! She was the sweetest! More...

Had a sub par experience last week but upon the manager recognizing me he more than rectified and amended the issue. Great outreach to unhappy patrons and a very positive experience through the jiggs and the reels.
