So professional! Had them in to clean my sofa and love seat, what a great job. The water in my building was unexpectedly turned off on the day of my appointment but they managed so well. Gilberto and his assistant were very kind, friendly, informative, quick, and thorough. I had stains from 4 years ago that were removed and the general wear and tear of almost 10 years was removed. I had everything from dark makeup stains to bits of Play-dough, dust, dirt, grime etc that was removed in under an hour. I was very hesitant to hire any cleaning service because it was my first time hiring anyone ever, joining Bark for the first time, and because not many services reached out. Gilberto was the only one who was committed to customer satisfaction. I never had one question unanswered or communication misunderstood. Always kept me aware and didn’t try anything sneaky or hidden fees that I was scared some companies try to do. I was very impressed with this service, Gilberto and his team did a great job. Would not hesitate to reach out if I had other rooms or friends, family who needed a carpet cleaning service. 11/10 More...

Excellent job cleaning my couch - excellent. However, he was rough around the edges: wore his outdoor shoes into my condo, at the very least he could have put on foot coverings; his machine leaked water throughout the cleaning area. I have laminate flooring and right after he left I found two spots that started boiling up due to the water; in general not the cleanest, but as for the primary job of cleaning my couch no complaints. I would hire him again to clean my couch, BUT I would lay out tarp everywhere to avoid letting the water leak onto my floor and causing damage. More...
