We had Marshal Giles cater my daughters wedding on Sept 12, 2020 for 100 guests. It was a tent wedding which he delivered exceptional service, amazing quality of food, an exceptional charcuterie display. The full meal was served with professional excellence, no delays, the flavours were amazing, the meal was served warm (consider how difficult that would be with no ovens). Marshall was excellent to work with, his prices are great. Please consider him for your next occasion. I certainly will! He went over and above to ensure our service was perfect. I wish I was better with words, but I’m not, so here it goes! Giles catered our wedding and I cannot rave enough about how amazing the food was and how amazing the customer service is! !! We were getting compliments all night about the food!! Marschal went above and beyond working with us due to COVID 19 and all the regulations etc!! We used Giles Catering for our engagement lunch in party. The food was amazing (Nacho Dip was my favourite!!). The presentation of the food was excellent and the service was wonderful too! It was delivered to our home within perfect timing of requested delivery and included everything we needed to serve our guests. The pricing is on point and reasonable and worth every penny.
