Last year had a system put in. Was worried about having people in my home due to covid but all protocols were followed and I felt perfectly safe. I didn’t want to pay a monthly fee for anything and Andrew was able to provide a system that worked well for me. However last week we had a power outage and no matter what I did was not able to get my app to work on my phone. Was almost the end of the day and right away Andrew offered to come to my home and fix. He ended up here for almost three hours as issue was new to him also. He was so patient.
