Came here today for a self dog Wash and was super impressed! The regular wash cost HALF the amount I was used to paying at our other place so I opted for the de shedding shampoo, conditioner and brush to equal our regular Price. Was a very nice and clean facility. ((Would recommend placing a stool in the wash bays for us shorties to stand on so we can easily wash the other side of our dog ????)) also stopped in and got her nails clipped on short notice and got in straight away. I took my 1 year old pom in to get groomed and the lady called and said he was too matted and wouldn't do anything with him. Not even trim him up or anything. Ended up taking him to all about dogs in innisfail and found out his hair wasn't matted at all but just stuck because his adult hair is growing in. The lady down there was way better and groomed my dog great! Won't be going back to fetch haus More...

They are beyond fabulous! Whenever we have had an issue, they are on top of it making it right for us. They listen to what we ask for and our dogs are not stressed out when they walk in the door as they have been at other groomers. Highly recommend them!!!
