We hired Gelderman's to redo our front walkway, driveway and side walk. Harry took the time at the onset to really understand what we wanted. The design and final product was beyond our expectations. Absolute pathetic snow removal, Jackson Landing Condo's off King St E,you have 70+ old seniors out with a shovel and broom clearing there small area, which they have paid for in there condo fees, what the plow can't get is left, the employes have know common sense what so ever.

The Gelderman crew, under Chris Mace's supervision, arrived here on the agreed upon date and finished the job on schedule and within the agreed upon budget. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and hard-working. They clearly knew what needed to be done to accomplish my vision and didn't waste time debating with each other or me. When I was unsure of certain elements the men took the time to explain and educate me about what issues needed to be considered in making decisions. While it was a small job for Gelderman's, mine was a big project for me, and I felt the crew was very commited, amenable, patient, and helpful throughout the process. I have used Gelderman Landscape Services for two large landscaping projects in the past three years. These projects included landscaping and planting, the installation of large areas of interlocking stone, construction of fencing and a gazebo, and the installation of inground sprinklers.
All parts of both projects were completed on time and on budget, and all phases of each project, from planning and design to construction, were handled and managed extremely professionally. Gelderman's design service and job planning were comprehensive, and included scale drawings, and detailed budgets. Their work crews were courteous, experienced, and very professional, and they ensured that the work site was cleaned up at the end of each day. The Company also followed up after completion of the projects to ensure everything was completed as agreed, and that there were no outstanding issues.
I would highly recommend Gelderman Landscape services to anyone that is undertaking a landscaping project. Their professionalism, and their dedication to quality is second to none.

I used Gelderman Landscape services for the first time to build out my outdoor space, complete new design with travetine, lounge space and plants.
I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and service.
Very professional, on schedule and on budget.
Very good customer service, I had an issue with some moving stones on the side and Chris came the next day and fixed it right away.
I will definitely be using Gelderman Landscape service for future projects.

I’m thrilled with the design and implementation of my landscaping project and I would hire Chris Mace and his team in future. They were punctual, friendly and cleaned up each day before leaving the job site. One of the plants died within 2 months of installation ( it happens) and I came home to find it had been replaced. What a pleasant surprise! It really is the people that make Gelderman Landscaping a great company and they are fortunate to have Chris and his team on the job. My husband and I had landscaping and a walkway to do at our home. Gelderman's were happy to come speak with us. Harry the salesman came to our home and brought samples of plant books (trees, bushes, shrubs, plants), which was very overwhelming. With the help and lots of patience though, Harry gave us lots of ideas on what would look super nice in our space, which was so helpful and stayed within our budget. He had a blue print printed to show us how it would look as well. We then visited their yard to pick out our colour of slabs and size. The crew worked well together, on time each morning, very organized, kept site very clean and made sure we were happy at the end of each day as well as at the end of the job. It was a pleasure dealing with Shane he came up with some great ideas that we went with in our design. Shane was not pushy and he is very understanding and professional in everyway. He and the Gelderman Landscape crew Mark, Steve and Kat were very conscientious and meticulous and they got along real well while working together. Dave the site supervisor was on site from time to time as was Shane, to work with the crew as well to ensure the job was progressing even though there was the odd hiccup with equipment. The job took a few days longer than the anticipated 2 weeks to complete as a result of those hiccups but the quality of the work was well worth it. Truly a great experience to use the Gelderman Team. The design, planning and construction teams assigned to our project were always professional and showed dedication to their work. This was a large project that renovated our entire property. From start to finish, Gelderman Landscaping services were impressive. We requested a minimalist modern landscape design which wasn't typical. They nailed the design... It was exactly what we wanted. GELDERMAN LANDSCAPE SERVICES: Outstanding Company!
C - CREATION AND CONSULTATION: Throughout this phase of the project, Harry Gelderman visited our home a few times to see and discuss the areas in our front, side and back yards that I was interested in having improved.
He was an active listener as I shared my wishes and ideas, and offered good suggestions to be considered. With his team, he was diligent in creating a design that was both plausible as well as aesthetically pleasing. The final design reflected a shared understanding of what I had chosen and desired.
A - ACCOUNTABILITY: Harry was diligent in meeting or exceeding his promised timelines, and was very quick to respond to the many emails I sent throughout the process. Quotes and the “Scope of Work” were promptly provided. Workers certainly arrived early (7:00 AM) and put in full days of hard work. Harry also managed sub-contractors for some portions of the work (eg. paving, stone selection, sod) and all sub-contracted companies also performed at a stellar calibre.
R - RESPECT: All transactions were professional and respectful. A positive sense of humour was evident and their receptiveness to my ongoing commentary, input and praise was always received with the utmost respect. I enjoyed the levity which enhanced the confidence and trust developed between me and all who worked here, especially Jay. Respect for my neighbour’s property was also evident as our massive project unfolded, and clean up each night was well done. This was greatly appreciated.
E- EVIDENCE: The true test of a company’s efficacy is in both the process and the product. The process to achieve the desired goals exemplified their “service-oriented” mindset and delivery. As the project evolved and when I got new ideas or when queries surfaced, all workers were attentive, accommodating, and diligent in ensuring I would be happy with the product. Through the demonstration of their strong knowledge of best practices, refined craftsmanship skills and a positive attitude topped with a great sense of humour, I watched, learned, and admired them for the expertise that they brought to this project. Jay, Darren, Big Jon, Andre and John were absolutely superb! This was a large project and I certainly had many high expectations throughout, however they were patient, wise, informative and humorous. I appreciated them educating me and sharing their honesty of what they thought would look good and what might not, so I could make informed final decisions. They gave me great options to consider and I had no regrets on decisions made. Gelderman landscaping has amazing employees working there! They know their stuff!

(Evidence) – C.A.R.E, those working for Gelderman Landscape Services demonstrated how much they truly C.A.R.E. about their work and the customer’s happiness. I am thrilled with the results, and I highly recommend this company!
