We have had excellent experiences with Furnasman. They installed a new furnace, AC and hot water tank in our home. We were very happy with the entire process. We were especially impressed a few months later when the condensate pump leaked and water travelled into the finished part of our basement. Furnasman went above and beyond with dealing with the issue. They came immediately to fix the issue and replace the part (all covered under warranty). Kyle was courteous, professional, and helpful. There was some water damage to the basement, and Furnasman also covered all the associated costs without hesitation. What really stood out was that our travel crib was damaged due to water and we were leaving on vacation in a few days. Nigel from Furnasman personally delivered a brand new replacement bed in time for our trip. With the superlative level of professionalism and customer service that we’ve experienced, I would not hesitate to use Furnasman again in the future or recommend them to family or friends. More...

I have always been very impressed with any of the Furnasman technicians. I recently was having issues with the Sensei thermostat and Shaun Smart came out and resolved all the problems. Had someone come in to replace my furnace motor today. Shaun C was the assigned technician; he was extremely helpful in laying out my options clearly without any added pressure.
