This incident happened awhile ago and I was unsure about leaving a review since I have never written a negative review before. The more I read other reviews, see posts on Facebook, and hear about incidents happening at Furbaby that are similar to mine; I decided I need to say something. In February my partner went to pick up our puppy from daycare, but she wasn’t there. The staff gave her to the wrong owners and they couldn’t tell us where she was for an hour. It was one of the scariest moments of our lives not knowing where she was. Thankfully the wrong owners brought her back and she was safe, even though the wrong owners thought the situation was funny. We decided to never go back again and since then nothing in their protocols have changed to stop these incidents from happening, because they keep occurring. It was all over social media today of people searching for a dog from Furbaby who was given to the wrong owners and ran away. This business has shown they truly don’t care. We took my dog here while we were hosting people on a Saturday. When we went to pick her up we were mistakenly given a different dog that looked very similar.
This is a big concern to me and I will definitely not be taking my dog back. What if someone would have been given my dog and not returned it? I understand mistakes can happen but this is unacceptable.
Also, the smell will take your breathe away.

I cannot say enough good things about this well ran facility and its ownership, Very clean, Many animal activities in large and safe compound, This is the TRUE meaning for premium pet care. I will be using this service when I vacation as I also found out Furbaby offers in home services as well! Everyone that works here is kind and caring, they are trained to work with dogs, and my dog flourishes here like no other place. They have a good dog to employee ratio. The facility is clean and very nice, I like the turf floor so my dog doesn’t slip. It feels like another home for my dog, he just loves it. The app is easy to use and I love the pet taxi option. my two dogs had their first day at a daycare today! I chose furbaby on a recommendation from a friend who has used them. I picked two happy dogs up after a full day and they are fast asleep now! they sent me a photo during the day and a message letting me know how they are and all the staff were super friendly! thank you!! they were also really quick with getting back to me with any queries I had and I love the portal for booking, makes it much easier to do! I moved to Saskatoon a year ago and been waiting for a place like Furbaby Pet Care to open. A place that I feel comfortable sending my dog to and somewhere that separates big and small dogs. I met Jocelyn awhile ago and she is great with dogs and they just love her. I've already took advantage of dropping my dog off for playtime and she came back exhausted and tired, just what I wanted! We hired Furbaby SK to visit our cats twice a day while we were away for 12 days and it was worth every penny. I arranged for Furbaby to come walk my boys while I was busy with a family wedding. They were a joy to meet during the meet and greet. Jocelyn was amazing, I highly recommend taking your pets to her. Winston (my yorkie) stayed overnight at her place and I didn't have to worry at all. She loves animals and it shows!

I would highly recommend Jocelyn for any of your pet needs. Her compassion for animals is obvious from her very first introduction to her treatment process. Jocelyn took care of our 2 dogs and hedgehog in our home while we were on vacation. She walked, cuddled and played with the dogs and sent us pictures of them playing and relaxing around the house.
