What do you love most about your job?
We are truly privileged and honoured to be able to serve our senior clients. Knowing that we make a difference in our senior client's lives as well as bringing peace and comfort to their families is a true blessing to us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Caregiving and working with seniors have been in our family for generations. From what we’ve seen in our family, we believe serving seniors is one of the most meaningful and rewarding jobs.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose us because our mission is to provide the best care for them as they are our first priority and as such we want to ensure that they have the highest quality of life possible. Because we understand the importance of keeping independence as we age and the dignity that comes with that, we never want to overstep boundaries or go beyond what our client is comfortable with. That is why we use assistance in our name; we are here to assist and not to take over.
At the same time for our clients that require help at a greater level, we are ready to do whatever it takes to accommodate them. Each individual is unique and has their own way of living including different desires and needs. So, it is our goal to curate around each unique lifestyle to ensure that everyday is lived the way it should be, as blissfully comfortable as possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our care workers are vaccinated. We strictly follow all government rules and regulations to keep all our clients safe. Further, to ensure our care workers are safe to provide care for our clients, before the start of their shifts, they are required to answer all Covid -19 questions with satisfactory answers in order to be able to sign in successfully.
Services We Provide
We provide assistance to seniors of all ages in their place of living, whether that is in their own home, retirement home, long-term care facility, hospital or wherever one lives.
We are available 24 hours per day and our visits can range from 1 hour to 24 hours per day. Our visits can be arranged from once a week to 7 days a week.
Our Services include but are not limited to: Companionship, Driving to appointments, Errands, Shopping and grocery assistance, Recreational and social activities​, Cooking, Light cleaning​, Laundry, Medication reminders and more.
For our clients who need more help whether they suffer from Parkinson’s, dementia, cancer, or other chronic illnesses, along with those who have more age related needs, we also offer: Help with morning and bedtime routine​, Showering or sponge bath​, Dressing and, grooming​, Feeding, Incontinence care, Dementia care, Fall prevention and more.
We also offer temporary help for those who are returning home from a hospital, recovering from a surgery or injury, or recovering from an illness.
