We got married October 2021 at Fort Gibraltar. I would highly recommend this venue to everyone. It’s so unique and beautiful, hardly any decor is needed.
The food was amazing. One of the best wedding meals I’ve ever had. Our guests came to tell us through the evening how great it was. The late night poutine bar was a huge hit!
Connie, Fort Gibraltar’s coordinator was fantastic to work with. She always responded quickly to all my emails. She was so helpful planning with the ever-changing covid restrictions. She also stayed late into the evening on our wedding day and kept coming up to my husband and myself to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. She was readily available the entire day of the wedding to answer any questions and made sure the day ran smoothly and stayed on track. I have nothing but great things to say about Connie and Fort Gibraltar. This venue was absolutely perfect!

We had our Wedding Ceremony at Fort Gibraltar and it was absolutely perfect! The venue is well maintained, and has great air conditioning, so even on a hot summer day, it felt cool and comfortable. Decorations provided by the venue matched perfectly with the historical building, giving the space a beautiful rustic feel which matched our style completely. The staff were amazing to work with. They helped customize the wedding and did a phenomenal job organizing everything during the ceremony so the event ran smoothly.
