I order flowers from the wonderland and southdale location, in London, for my boyfriend's mom for her birthday every year. I'm a procrastinator, and usually call a few days before. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Every year, the arrangements have been beautiful. Amazing customer service! There was a small error with the Valentine Roses order my husband placed on Valentines Day (a balloon was missing from the bouquet of roses delivered to me). .. However, today, a beautiful bouquet of tulips was delivered, along with the missing balloon, and a lovely note of apology from the staff at Forest of Flowers in Mississauga (Woodchester)... this amazing customer service was certainly appreciated by myself and my husband...and by all of the staff at my work! I went in to Forest of Flowers in London on Wellington rd. South on Friday with my 4 year old daughter around 4:30 pm. After the staff made a beautiful arrangement for my friend for her birthday, they then surprised my daughter with a beautiful flower all for her! They said she behaved so well so they wanted to surprise her. Thank you so much to the girls that were working this past Friday. I love all the flowers we get from Appleby line in Burlington. My husband has a suggestion when they are standing on the corner with your sign it should be able to read from both sides as when person holding sign looks the other way you can not read it if it was on both sides everyone could read it Joanne Hotton
