I used to love Fluid but the last few times I have booked RMT appointments there have been issues with cancelling my appointment due to someone calling in sick, double booking etc. The most recent issue was today: I booked an appointment for my husband several weeks ago and had email confirmation that it was booked. I really liked my experience there this morning. I went for waxing services, which can be painful and awkward to start. My esctician was great. She was outgoing and friendly, which made it less awkward. She was also knowledgeable and made sure that I knew what to expect (just in case something came up). The atmosphere here was really relaxing and tranquil. It was really clean. I loved it. I actually booked additional spa services because it was such a nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend. The pricing was also comparable or less than many other places I looked. It feels like you're going to spa that will cost you 800$ for a day of treatment but without the cost. More...

I absolutely loved the experience the 3 ladies gave us on our mother daughter day, I felt so relaxed after. But my mom's big toe nail polish has bubbled and can move around, worried it might come off. .. The money spent (300+) wasn't really worth it only because of her toe nail and we didn't get the clay on our hands from the glacier combo which I was upset about. More...

I was given a gift for my B-Day by my wife for an hour long hot stone massage. I Walked into an amazing place of Zen. The staff are amazing and the facility is otherworldly. Did a pedi, the water was tepid to cool, the employee was totally unfocused and disorganized; I had to request that the foot jets be turned on. I was seated in a massage chair and told "oh by the way, it's it working but we can switch to the other chair". My feet were already soaking in lukewarm water. It turns out that the chair was not broken, the plug was dislodged, so while I was sitting in the chair, she is manipulating the wire around me. Band paraffin was fine as was the actual foot buffing and toenail application. I normally come here regularly but this was not a good experience. Very nice place with staff that are friendly. Been going for a few years on and off. Disappointed though with being told the manager would call me regarding Fluid changing my booked appointment and then a week before cancelling it when I had previously book my appointment 2 months ahead. One word for this place :AWESOME. Two words for this place : SO AWESOME Three words for this place : GEES!!! Freakin' AWESOMEEEEEEE! Fluid is not the only spa I visited in Canada but definitely one of the best. The front desk spa coordinator Cassidy is so amazing, she is the one who gives great recommendations on what services to choose and how to save your money by buying their VIP services. And her recommendations on the product is so useful. She makes my mom very happy ���! Emily is one of the BEST RMT masseuse in town. She keeps history for her client and she remembered your body conditions and provide really good treatment. Seriously, try your RMT with her then you will know what I am talking about. Pam is definitely my favorite girl in this place. She is young but experienced. Her massages is incredibly relaxing! I feel so refresh everytime when I have a massage with her. Her facial is so nice, my skin can never be better. And I must mention the pedicure she did for me. Is soooooooooooo pretty! She cares about the details which I really appreciate!!!
