We contacted Flash Plumbing when our basement was flooding. Sump pump was failing to work. We tried a plumber to solve the issue unsuccessfully. A friend referred us to their website. We told them we had two toddlers and needed help asap. They came out the same day, to fix our sump pump, and explain how to avoid back ups in the future.
