Travelled to BC from Saskatoon with a youth sports team and Fiesta fed all our ravenous athletes delicious, balanced meals. They were so convenient, delivering and setting up at our hotel so food was ready as soon as the kids were done swimming and got back to the hotel. Fiesta Creative Catering is the best! We gave them the wrong date for our lunch function for 70 people and didn't notice our mistake until barely a week before the event. Aaron had been great to work with since we started planning, but he really was fantastic when faced with our error. Within a couple of hours he phoned and reassured us that he'd been able to reorganize everything even though they had a wedding to cater that evening. Right from the first time I contacted Fiesta Creative Catering it's been an awesome experience using them as our caterers for our July Wedding! They catered my brothers wedding two years ago and we loved the food so much and they had an excellent experience with no issues so it was a no-brainer when we decided to go with them as well for our wedding. Sarah and Aaron answered all my questions quickly and they let me make substitutions and changes to better cater to our guests needs. Fiesta did an absolutely fabulous job catering our wedding! We were from out of province so almost all communication was done via email and responses from Sarah and her team were always prompt and easy to understand.
I really like how menus are customizable and the invoices are itemized. You can add or subtract whatever you need (or don't). We appreciated this because they were very accommodating to work within our budget and there were no sneaky hidden fees.
A great example of how they go above and beyond for their clients is when our venue had tables and chairs but no set up, their team did a fantastic job working with me and family the day before to make everything look perfect. Their friendly staff also helped with tear down, in fact they were so efficient that when the decorators (who were also paid to help tear down and I was very disappointed with) arrived there was nothing left for them to do but take away the rented items...
And now for the best part, their food is absolutely delicious! We were sold after the tasting. We had tried several other companies and Fiesta just blew away the competition. All our guests were sated and raved about dinner. We loved every dish and Fiest was also able to make sure there were dairy-free options for our friend's lactose allergy.
We highly recommend them for any event in the Vancouver area!

Wow! They made our wedding. Right from the start, Aaron worked with us in setting up our menu and catering to our every need. My wife is a celiac and they went out of their way to ensure everything was done properly, labelled and everything. Fiesta catering were superb! We hired them for our wedding in the 11th hour after we were dropped by our previous caterer two weeks before our wedding. Sarah quickly reviewed our menu and came up with a similar one so we didn't have to do any drastic changes. I think we really lucked out with the last-minute change. Even though we couldn't fit in a tasting, we ended up with delicious appetizers, a fantastic spread of perfectly cooked food (think soft and delicious fish, no overcooked meat), and tons and tons of compliments from our guests. The service and attention to detail was so perfect it felt seamless. With such a busy day, I didn't have to spend any time worrying about the food. Our bartender was also a consummate professional who did a great job with the drinks (including our signature cocktails) and delivered them with really great service. He even kept an eye out for some wedding crashers that showed up and made sure they didn't dive into our open bar. We couldn't have been happier or felt better taken care of that day. We used Fiesta for our reception in the spring of 2011. It. Was. AMAZING! The staff were great, there was oodles of food and we were encouraged to bring take home containers to take the extra. We filled so many large tupperware containers. I was so impressed and so HAPPY. They made sure I got a plate and sat down to eat it.They worked with our budget (which was small, and we only had about 75 people) and everyone EVERYONE still talks about the excellent quality.
