He has also worked on many less contentious files and has helped clients negotiate appropriate child and spousal support orders, come to terms on the sale and division of proceeds of the matrimonial home, and assisted families in coming to agreeable terms, moving forward, and going on with their lives.



Eric believes that the vast majority of cases in family court can be settled without the need for an expensive trial, and will work with you to come to a fair settlement that allows you to get out of the court system and back to living your life wherever possible. But he will also be right there by your side if negotiations fail and a tougher stance is required.
