Dominik’s team worked great together. Estimator Steve helped us determine what we needed, did an excellent job of guiding us through the products and services. Mitch and Aaron, the roofers, were professional in their interactions, and we could tell they are experienced and well organized. Everything went smoothly. Dominik, the owner, kept us updated on the schedule and the procedure for roofing day and beyond. I was given an update at the end of each day of the progress they had made and what would be happening in the coming days. I had a leaking issue into my garage and they took the time to make sure the problem was resolved and explained what they did so it will not happen in the future. The guys were friendly and responded to my requests throughout the project. My scared cats needed to be put inside and they halted all work so I could get them inside. My husband, Chris, contacted this company because our skylight needed to be repaired as it was leaking water into the house. Husband called multiple companies who either got back to us too late or used winter as an excuse to not being able to do the job. Dominik from Fair and Square answered his call on our first try and scheduled an inspection immediately. We were updated throughout the whole process, from the inspection to the ordering of a new skylight and when he was able to come install a new skylight (replacing shingles around skylight, flashings, ice and water shield on home around skylight) when the weather permitted . We were quoted a very reasonable price as well for the quality of work and professionalism we received. We used this company to do our roof first of all because they came in to be the least expensive and the most professional that we could find. Sometimes the least expensive is not the best way to go but in this case these guys were awesome. They were in and out quickly and left no mess behind and even came back a couple days later to double check the work and make sure everything was cleaned up properly. Dominik and his team were prompt and responsive through the whole process. The response to nearly every email was instantaneous. The quote was organized, knowledgeable, and delivered very quickly. Steve noticed a small problem with my roof (lost shingles exposing plywood), and offered to fix it on the spot to avoid problems even if we didn't choose them. We have had Fair and Square Roofing re-shingle 3 of our rental properties. Every time they have had a clear estimate explaining the different options which made the choices easy to understand. They communicate ahead of time the day they will complete the job. They arrived when they said they would. They have communicated as the job progressed and once it was completed.
