What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing improvements in my clients' lives. Being able to walk alongside people on their healing journeys is a great privilege.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I very much wanted to increase access to mental health services for more people through lower fees and virtual services.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients say I am non-judgmental and kind, while being straightforward. I point out issues in a caring and gentle way, which may be in clients' blindspots.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I only offer online services, as there are many benefits to clients such as being more relaxed in their own homes and not having to drive/park.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All sessions are virtual. Therefore, there is no chance of contacting Covid through session attendance.
Trauma Therapy
Our bodies hold onto anxiety and trauma. A gentle approach works with the body to help alleviate these issues. I use Narrative Exposure Therapy for PTSD, INS for complex trauma, and integrate mindfulness for both.
