What’s your signature dish?
Braciole - It's an Italian dish. Thin slices of beef stuffed with sausage and ground beef, with risotto and rapini
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to ask questions. Find out what the occasion is. I want to know of any allergies, like & dislike etc.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the challenge of the multiple moving parts in a service setting. Creativity is fun but the final smile from the client has been number one for over 30 years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I reached a glass ceiling as a chef. I wanted to open up more opportunities.

I work hard for the people around me. My family, my staff and of my clients. My answer is always yes... I just need to figure out the how!

Yes, I have done in person private chef service for small groups, weddings for large groups and virtual dinners for large & small groups.
Private chef
We serve anywhere from 2 to 30 people for private chef service.
Drop off catering
For any setting, such as office, home etc. we will prepare and deliver hot or cold meals
Virtual lunch/dinner
We prepare and deliver 3 to 4 course meals. We set a date and have an interactive "zoom" dinner with large & small groups.
Meal prep
We have a meal prep & meal kit brand with a rotating menu.
We are also very happy to design a menu that fits your specific needs.
