I just wanted to give a shout-out to Becky, who was kind and gentle with me on my first day back after just over a month on Thursday. I was feeling extremely nauseous and lightheaded from the unfamiliar exertion, and she sat with me while we put together a (very) modified workout (I was there solo). She even got me a cool, wet cloth for the back of my neck. Talk about going the extra mile! Instead of calling it early, I was able to go at my own pace and get some lifting and core workouts in.
