Aneep is amazing!!!!!! Wow! I can't say enough about her. She was extremely good with communication up to the da of and during the day of my wedding. She met me at the venue ahead of time to get my vision, and she absolutely nailed it!!! My day went off perfect, the decorations were exactly what I envisioned, she did not stress me out with any questions the day of, she was fast, affordable, personable, kind, ambitious, and more. I have hired an event planner/ day of coordinator for another event and Aneep blew that one out of the water. She literally did exactly what I wanted and more. What do you love most about your job?
I love the whole process of planning and coordinating, making a vision become a reality. From just notes and numbers to a whole experience for everyone attending.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started working as an Event Coordinator at NAIT’S STUDENT’S ASSOCIATION while I was a student at NAIT. I have always liked hosting and organizing events from my elementary days. Working at the student association helped me network and grow skills to organize events that cover a vast variety of interests for student audiences of as small as 10 to over 200.
After school, I’ve always missed planning the events. I missed how exiting I felt. They say do what makes you happy, I guess this is me trying to do so. The end result of the event is what makes me happy.

Event planning for me is more than just a job, it’s what keeps me going. I love working from scratch and seeing the end product come together. I like to work closely with my clients, making them part of each step while taking the stress of juggling everything together. I believe in creating connections than clients as it helps me better understand you and your needs.

I offer consultations remotely and day of coordination in person. I’m flexible to work with you in any way that’s best for you!
Brainstorming and Planning
Creating a fair budget, understanding your vision and offering ideas is the start of the very process. We work with you to understand what you want and find vendors for the services. We handle all vendor client communications while keeping you in the loop. From venue, decor, catering, entertainment, staff and servers, bartenders, cake, security, rentals, accommodations, transportation, photographer and everything in between, we take care of it all.
Event Management
Bringing your vision t.o reality is our job. From managing all details, contracts, deliveries and set up, to coordinating the event schedule on the day of and clean up, we have got you covered so you can enjoy your day instead of worrying about anything else.
