I've used Euroshine for move-in cleaning. Everything was perfect and I am considering hiring them for regular cleaning. They came on time and they did everything as agreed on the phone. Strongly recommended!

I began with Euroshine after my last housekeeper decided to retire. I was reluctant to turn someone else "loose" in my condo. I have to admit that I had very high expectations and the first crew that Euroshine assigned did not meet my very high standard. I cannot say enough about the ladies from Euroshine who came to clean my rental house today. They showed up, expecting a fairly simple "move in/move out" cleaning job. ..little did they know that the house was going to be piled floor to ceiling with furniture and "stuff" that was staying (and stuff that was going, and garbage...and...) They did an absolutely AMAZING job, cleaning the kitchen till it sparkled - inside the fridge and the stove too - washed the floors, helped me move stuff from room to room so they could clean around it all. I am very picky when it comes to professionals whom I hire to clean our home and I am often more disappointed than not. Euroshine is very much an exception. I've been calling on Euroshine for "help" for a few years now, and every time I come home, my unit feels CLEAN, tidy & organized. I haven't had a problem with consistency, hence this review. I've been using cleaning companies for years, and have paid a fortune. Euroshine is always with reasonable price of a lot of other cleaners, and the job they do is 100% better. It usually get 4 hours, which i find it ample amount of time for a good cleaning, in my 1200sq foot unit. If you have specific areas you want focused on tell them! Baseboards, light bulb in lights, lampshades, tops of picture ledges, dusting under the beds ... things that are often missed by cleaning companies haven't been forgotten by Euroshine. I won a gift certificate for this cleaning service. $100 dollars worth of residential cleaning. The actual Cleaning: The cleaning was great. The two cleaners were friendly, a bit late, but indicated their ETA and stuck to that, and did a great job. Scheduling: It was hard to get a date scheduled, but once it was scheduled, it went through like magic. I would recommend that the scheduler be more up front about how the scheduling works, so that the client is not left waiting to find out what day their job can be done. How it went: I was sent two cleaners for an hour to do whatever I required to have done. I instructed them and they went to work. They went over and above what I had requested. I saw them scrubbing walls, doors, corners of floors, and baseboards. (none of which i requested). They got all of the job done on time, with cheer, and very good quality!!The oven and fridge are spotless, the kitchen and bathroom clean and the place smells good too! I'm pleased!!I called the owner to tell her and she was very happy. I think she cares a lot about this business. I hope she can make the scheduling 'online' or more user-friendly, and I would recommend her to anyone else who needs residential cleaning! More...
