My goal is to work with clients to identify the beliefs and thoughts that are reoccurring in their life and have become part of their patterns. Using various counselling modalities, I am committed to helping clients gain more agency and approach everyday situations with a fresh perspective, where they are more regulated and aware of themselves.

What do you love most about your job?
I appreciate working with people and guiding them through discovering the patterns they would like to change and improve on. The most rewarding aspect of the world is seeing an individual get excited about discovering something new that they know they can improve and immediately change their perspective.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of being controlled by my emotions and giving my agency away, I sought the guidance I needed. I spent countless hours studying human personalities, the psychology of the mind, somatic experiences, and overall habit changes that can bring about significant improvements in our lives. I aim to deliver all of this information and the tools at a low cost.

Flexibility in the way I can provide services. Most of my clients are remote, and I can meet according to their schedules.
Coaching/Counselling
- I help you identify past experiences that have stuck with you and continue to repeat themselves through behaviour patterns and thoughts.
- I then guide you in building the appropriate skills and tools to work through these past experiences and find a resolution.
- I then work with you to set goals that allow personal development and growth according to where you would like to see your life headed.
