As a professional hockey player, I consider myself lucky to be able to utilize Erin Fitness as my summer training facility. I have been apart of many different 'big box' gyms during my summer training and upon arriving at Erin Fitness I've felt so at home. Erin Fitness not only has the best trainers and knowledge in the area, but they also have the equipment to back it up. The best part about Erin Fitness is that everyone is welcomed into a very non-stressful environment. My favourite part of Saturday morning is going into Erin Fitness just to ride the bike for 20 minutes and see all the other clients come in just to better themselves. Sierra and Christine are the utmost professionals. I have yet to see two more devoted professionals who are so dedicated to their crafts. They put their heart and soul into helping all clients realize that they are capable of achieving their dreams. And guess what, they succeed. Such a wonderful place to workout. Can't say it enough. The staff are knowledgeable, approachable, and always have a smile on their faces and a friendly "hello" as you walk in the door. The facility has all the basics one could possibly need for a full body workout, and there's plenty of open space to do lots with free weights. Lots of functional equipment available such as TRX, Bosu, etc. You feel like a valued member of a community here, not like those big box gyms where you are nothing but a dollar sign. Have to reply to Mr. Blaze. Don't usually post as I like a private life but must respond. First and foremost. As you only visited after hours once. did you really have a valid opinion, or do you like to see yourself in print? As along term resident of this small town, you need to know that Erin Fitness is perfect. Sierra and Christine are knowledgeable and kind. They are always willing to give advice. They also worked for Baz for years and he is the best physio I have ever come across.They cover a full range of clients. I joined directly after physio, as do many other clients. They also have a range of older clients who attend to work out regularly. They have an intermediate group of others interested in fitness at a variety of levels. I have done individual training and small group. Pretty challenging, I can tell you. Last but by no means least they cater to the younger crowd who have little else locally. The place is light and airy. a tonic in these dark winter days. So please do not come to our little club with the idea of trashing it, so that you feel important.
