What I love most is to help people and businesses to create value. My passion is innovation to create value for people, companies and society overall and I am at my best when working with people toward this goal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My why is to innovate, to facilitate and support both technical and business innovation in order to create opportunities for growth and value for people, companies and the community, to make a better world. I really believe that very deeply. I have had the opportunity to work for some of the best companies and best teams, places where you could spend a lifetime. Over time, I have moved on from all those past opportunities driven by my why, my need for discovery, exploring, travel and ideas, which I use as raw material for innovation. And so, as part of my why mission, to contribute in the area of business innovation, I have launched a new company that I call Enterprise Simulations Inc. I am very excited to be a part of this emerging trend of simulating business and strategy, and helping companies innovate not just with technology but on the business strategy side.

My strategy consulting services have normally been only available for larger companies, but the democratization of consulting services is making them available to small and medium sized businesses as well. Choose me because I do not use a closed box approach, I use best practices available with full transparency. My overhead is super-low, so I do not pass on to the customer large fees. I have partnered up with a company called "Strategy Tools" that is based out of Stavanger, Norway, who are leaders in strategy, transformation, and specifically the energy transition in Europe. This alliance has provided me with training and access to modern strategy tools that provide frameworks for dual transformation for existing companies, and a thorough understanding of the venture capital funding process to scale a startup effectively.

I have a full capabilities to run online meetings and workshops. It is crucial to be able to operate remotely. Even more important is the use of modern digital tools to visualize problem solving in a collaborative way. We all learn and create the best solutions when we work together, actually participating with modern strategy tools.

All my services are provided remotely, and of course, we follow all safety protocols.
