When I began searching for Personal Training options I was quickly overwhelmed with how many options I had and was finding it hard to make a decision.
Chris sent me a message and offered a complimentary assessment to meet him and discuss my needs. Immediately I knew I wanted to hire Chris, he is knowledgable, patient and understood exactly what I wanted. He is also flexible with his schedule when needed - which is great due to my work.
The program we are working on is awesome - I find it easy to follow and always pushes me during my workouts.
The gym space where we conduct our in person sessions is super nice and in a great location for me.
I definitely recommend Chris!

What inspired you to start your own business?
