I was looking for very specific rugs for the office and needed them next day. The associate sent me a text with pictures of the rugs in stock. Looking for an area rug, i tried End of the Roll at 2273 Dundas W
Amod (store manager) greeted me with a smile. He let me look around on my own without crowding me. Then helped out when I was ready, offering some suggestions.
When I decided, his assistant Shitij rolled up the carpet for me.
Both were very friendly!
And Amod loaded it into my car. All done
It was a pleasure to shop there, and even though I don’t live in the area, I would return anytime!

We were looking for flooring to compliment some boxes we had. Talking to Shitiji Malik, the owner he stated he could get us the flooring we needed but also suggested something else that had more padding and warmth. He took the time to show us the difference in price, and we were shocked that the thicker/padded materials was only a few hundred dollars different then getting only the few boxes of flooring we needed.
