Naz is so knowledgeable and friendly! Her first assessment she was able to tell what parts of my body needed attention based on how my shoulders and hips were by standing in front of her! Her massage was deep enough that it felt like she worked everything out. She made me feel comfortable immediately and was very professional and helped me understand why parts of my body were sore by telling me what muscles were tight and affecting certain ranges of motion. I had a bulging L5 disc and in my time of extreme pain and need, Naz made time to come see me and work on my back. She was so key to helping me get back mobility. My husband then also had a massage with Naz and he's a tough cookie to impress, but he was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge and skill!
